How I Became a Holistic Coach

My journey to becoming a holistic coach began with a deep desire for growth and meaning in all areas of life—mind, body, and spirit. In 2021, I experienced a powerful spiritual awakening, a process often described in the meaning of ascension as a shift in consciousness that expands awareness and raises one’s vibration to a higher level of being. it's also know as a spiritual awakening or a dark night of the soul.

This awakening changed how I see myself and the world around me. It opened my heart to deeper truths and invited me to live in alignment with my soul’s purpose. It also sparked a passion to help others undergo their own transformation—not just externally, but within their entire being.

Through exploring various healing practices, personal development methods, and coaching approaches, I realized how interconnected our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves truly are. This inspired me to train as a holistic coach, so I could guide others on their path to wholeness and self-realization.

Today, I combine experience, intuition, and compassion to support people in navigating life’s changes, strengthening their inner wisdom, and embracing their highest potential. Becoming a holistic coach is more than a profession—it’s my calling to help others ascend to a fuller, more authentic way of living.
